According to the NIBI statutes, cancellations must be submitted before November 1st of the current calendar year. Your membership will remain active until the end of that year; during this period, you will continue to be a member and retain access to your account. Once your membership has expired, all your data—including any authorization for direct debit—will be removed from our system. If a cancellation is not submitted by the deadline, your membership will continue until the end of the following calendar year. We prefer to receive cancellations via email. We would also appreciate knowing the reason for your cancellation, as this may help us improve our services.
